Police Station Advice and Assistance 
Let’s face it who would like to be at a police station whether you as a victim or a potential suspect. We are both qualified representatives and as such can deliver this service personally. We also have a database of representatives who we are able to utilise as agents should we be unable to attend personally. We aim to provide quality advice and to ensure that this process which can cause great anxiety is as bearable as possible! Representation in

We deal with all matters from “simple” road traffic offences to the most serious of offences including fraud, rape and murder. We have the experience to deal with all issues such as bail to trials at all courts. We attempt to explain all procedures and law in a user friendly manner. We will explain in detail all of the evidence and advise appropriately about what ________________________________________

We provide a 24 hour emergency service for those who have been arrested and are in detention at a police station. We will provide prompt help, advice and attendance. This is completely free of charge.

Public Funding

We hold a General Criminal Contract with the Legal Services Commission. We will always advise you as to your eligibility for Public Funding. • Legal Advice and assistance is available for free if you under arrest at a police station, or attending a police station for interview under caution. • Public Funding is available at the Magistrates Court (subject to means testing). • Public Funding is available at the Crown Court (subject to means testing you maybe required to make a contribution to your legal fees) • If in your particular circumstances public funding is not available, or you choose to instruct us privately, we offer competitive rates, and are happy to discuss our fees with you. .
